Bespoke

A piece that did not exist before

Two ways in. Start from nothing at all, or start from something you already own and want to keep, in a form you will wear.

Path one

New commission

For an engagement, a birth, an anniversary, or no occasion at all.

  1. Conversation What it is for, who it is for, and how it should feel to wear.
  2. Sketch Drawn by hand until the shape is right. Nothing is committed to metal yet.
  3. At the bench The process starts, filming commences, the design is committed to metal.
  4. Made and finished Hallmarked and yours.
Path two

Remodelling

For jewellery that is loved but no longer worn. The same metal, another life.

  1. Bring it in Broken chains, odd earrings, rings that no longer fit. Stones included.
  2. What can be kept Metal, stones and any detail worth saving are identified before anything is altered.
  3. Melted and re-formed The metal is taken back to liquid and is reborn in the new design.
  4. Filmed throughout Adrian records the start, the middle and the end, so you can follow the journey.
  5. Returned to you With the film and a note on what it was made from, so the story stays with the piece.
Home visits

Or Adrian comes to you

Jewellery is easier to talk about with it in front of you. Adrian will visit at home to look at pieces, take sizes and discuss a commission. Useful if you have a boxful to go through. Ask when you enquire.
